Boxing is a non contact high intensity class with focus on the upper body (shoulders, arms, core). The training combines boxing techniques with dynamic and varied strength exercises to guarantee a complete workout, making you faster, stronger and more reactive.

More fun when exercising

This fun and challenging workout follows a structured routine, combining elements of strength, power, aerobics and high intensity intervals to obtain a lean and strong body.

Both strength and condition are discussed in this course. Working together on general fitness is motivating and contributes to the team spirit.
